Your checks planned once, your readings in one place

Blood pressure, glucose, weight and the other checks you, your carer or your doctor want, each with how to measure it and what your doctor said to do. Record each reading when it’s due, add how you feel, and see the trend. No readings book to rule up each week.

Kept on your device · No tracking, ever · Large print · Works offline once activated

Why it’s easier than a readings book

  • Set up once. Your checks and their times carry forward every week.
  • Your doctor’s instructions on every card. How to measure, and when to call.
  • Only today’s checks. Each one due today has its own card.
  • The time is filled in for you. Units and dates too.
  • See the trend. 14-day charts and overviews, ready to print.
  • A new week is one button. Nothing to rule up or copy out.

1. Plan your checks once

Open Vital Signs → Planner, choose a check and press Add this check. Choose from blood pressure, pulse, blood glucose, oxygen saturation, temperature, weight, breathing rate, pain, mood, alertness, symptoms and falls, or something else.

For each one, record:

  • why it’s being checked, and the medicine it relates to, if any;
  • when: morning, noon, afternoon or bedtime, or another time;
  • how to measure it, already filled in with good practice, which you can change;
  • what your doctor said to do if a reading is unusual, and which signs mean calling for help now;
  • when to review the check.

Your carer can set up your checks for you, along with your medicines.

2. Each day: record each reading as it’s due

Open the Daily Log. Each check due today has its own card, grouped by time of day, with how to measure it and your doctor’s instructions right there as you take the reading.

Type the reading, check the time it was taken (it fills itself in) and press Record it. Record each reading when you take it, not later from memory.

Something happened? + Dizziness, fall or other symptom records it even when no check is planned, and + An extra reading now adds one more.

3. Say how you feel

Every reading has an Anything to note? box: felt dizzy standing up, took it after a walk, missed breakfast. The note stays with the reading, so your carer and doctor see them together.

With the Medications & Vital Signs edition, your daily notes, side effects and questions for your doctor go into the same weekly Carer Report.

5. End of the week: send it, start again

Carer Report sends your carer one locked file with every reading and note from the week, from your own email.

Then Start New Week: the finished week is saved as your WEEKLY BACKUP, the week moves on seven days, and your checks are ready again. Nothing to fill in.
